Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning activities, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to improve the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial planning initiatives and optimize business performance
- Monitor and evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and challenges to ensure financial stability and growth
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts to ensure high-quality performance and deliverables
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus
- [5-8] years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial planning strategies
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
