We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, as well as experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies for the Real Estate division
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting areas of concern and recommending improvements
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial plans and strategies
- Provide financial analysis and support for new business initiatives and investment opportunities
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
