We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits
- Manage the financial reporting team and oversee their day-to-day activities
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification is preferred
