We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial reporting and analysis, as well as experience in managing a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with local regulations and international financial reporting standards
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to senior management and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and drive financial performance
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred
