Our company in the Aerospace and Defense industry is seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, and providing accurate and timely financial information to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations
- Coordinate and manage the external audit process
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Manage a team of financial reporting professionals
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision-making

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- [5-8] years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting regulations
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
