We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fisheries Biologist to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marine life and conservation, as well as a strong background in fisheries biology.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on fish populations and their habitats in Dubai and the surrounding areas
- Monitoring and analyzing fish populations to assess health and sustainability
- Developing and implementing conservation and management strategies for fisheries in the region
- Collaborating with other scientists, government agencies, and industry stakeholders on fisheries management initiatives
- Conducting field surveys and data collection to support research projects
- Analyzing data and preparing reports on fish populations and trends
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on fisheries biology to project teams and stakeholders
- Contributing to the development of policies and regulations related to fisheries management in Dubai

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Biology, Marine Biology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fisheries biology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of fish biology, ecology, and conservation principles
- Experience conducting field research and data collection in marine environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of fisheries management practices and regulations in Dubai and the Middle East region
