We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fishery Manager to join our team in Ajman within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fishery management, as well as proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fishery management plans in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Monitor fish populations, habitats, and environmental conditions to ensure sustainable fishing practices
- Coordinate with government agencies, conservation groups, and other stakeholders to promote responsible fishing practices
- Oversee a team of fishery technicians and other staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage budgets, procure supplies, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform decision-making and improve fishery management practices
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to support overall mission and goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology, Fisheries Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in fishery management
- Strong knowledge of local fish species, habitats, and ecosystems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
