We are looking for a skilled and experienced Flight Paramedic to join our transportation and logistics team based in Dubai. The Flight Paramedic will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients during air transportation. This position requires a high level of expertise and professionalism to ensure the safety and well-being of patients during medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced medical care to patients during air transportation, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with a team of pilots, nurses, and other medical personnel to ensure the safe and efficient transport of patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient care and treatment provided during transport.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of patients and crew members during flights.
- Continuously assess and monitor the condition of patients during transport, adjusting treatment as necessary to ensure their stability and comfort.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Paramedicine
- Certified Flight Paramedic (FP-C) or Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C) certification
- Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Flight Paramedic

- Ability to work well under pressure in high-stress situations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medical assessments and treatment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
