We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Floor Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Information Technology and a proven track record of managing floor operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the floor, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize floor operations and improve overall performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in floor operations management

- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets
- Knowledge of IT systems and processes
