Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Safety Manager to join our Real Estate company in Abu Dhabi. The Food Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food safety within our properties, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, as well as developing and implementing food safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement food safety policies, procedures, and training programs for all staff members.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of food handling and preparation areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate food safety practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
- Manage and maintain records of all food safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Stay up to date on the latest food safety regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Respond to and investigate any food safety incidents or complaints, taking appropriate action to prevent future occurrences.
- Train and educate staff members on proper food handling, storage, and preparation techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in food safety management.
- Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
