We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee all food service operations within our Aerospace and Defense facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our employees and guests
- Oversee the purchasing and inventory management of food and supplies
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor and analyze food service budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and catering services
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in food service management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
