We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The Franchise Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to franchisees in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise development and management, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement franchise development strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure operational excellence
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the franchise brand
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with franchise agreements and standards
- Evaluate potential franchise opportunities and conduct due diligence on prospective franchisees
- Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in franchise development and management
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and franchise operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving franchise growth and profitability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
