We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Forwarder to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on freight forwarding within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of construction materials and equipment to and from project sites
- Negotiate contracts with shipping companies and freight carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transit
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for customs clearance and import/export compliance
- Communicate with project managers and suppliers to coordinate logistics and resolve any transportation-related issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with international shipping standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
