We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Air Freight Agent. The ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics industry and be knowledgeable about air freight operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air freight shipments from origin to destination
- Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery of cargo
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is in order
- Track and monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process
- Maintain accurate records of all air freight transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
