We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Air Freight Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air freight operations, with a focus on pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage air freight shipments for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines
- Liaise with airlines, customs officials, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for air freight shipments, including customs clearance documents and shipping labels
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide regular updates to customers
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process, and work to find quick and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery dates, and any issues that may have occurred
- Work closely with the sales team to provide quotes and pricing information for air freight services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to air freight and pharmaceutical shipments

Required Skills and Experience:
- [Random number] years of experience in air freight operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of air freight regulations and guidelines, particularly as they relate to pharmaceutical products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
