We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Forwarder to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international logistics and regulations related to the transportation of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of pharmaceutical products from suppliers to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for the transportation of pharmaceutical products, including temperature control and security measures
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure efficient and reliable transportation services
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery confirmations, and customs documentation
- Work closely with internal teams, including procurement and sales, to coordinate transportation requirements and support business objectives
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve transportation processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- [3-8] years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and logistics software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
