We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fundraiser to join our team in Dubai. As a Fundraiser in the education sector, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals.

Key responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors to secure financial support for various programs and initiatives
- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns to raise awareness and funds for the organization
- Research and apply for grants and funding opportunities to support educational programs and projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fundraising efforts align with the organization's mission and objectives
- Monitor and track fundraising progress, prepare reports, and analyze results to inform future strategies
- Stay up-to-date on fundraising trends and best practices in the education sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Proven track record of successfully securing donations and grants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
