We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare fundraising and a strong understanding of fundraising operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's healthcare initiatives
- Manage and oversee all fundraising operations, including donor relations, grant writing, and event planning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement fundraising campaigns
- Monitor and track fundraising goals and outcomes, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and other key stakeholders
- Lead and supervise a team of fundraising professionals to ensure success in meeting fundraising targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare fundraising

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in fundraising operations, preferably in healthcare
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing fundraising campaigns and initiatives
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
