We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fundraising Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The Fundraising Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fundraising operations within our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, project management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial goals
- Manage donor relationships and cultivate new partnerships
- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
- Oversee grant writing and reporting processes
- Track fundraising metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with fundraising goals
- Develop and maintain fundraising databases and systems
- Provide leadership and guidance to fundraising team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in fundraising operations or related field
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in fundraising software and database management
- Knowledge of best practices in fundraising and donor relations
