We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fundraising Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fundraising operations to support our Aerospace and Defense projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead and manage fundraising campaigns and events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fundraising efforts align with project timelines and budgets
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
- Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance and results
- Provide regular updates to senior management on fundraising activities and progress
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in fundraising operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising operations or related field
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus
