We are seeking a skilled Geospatial Technician to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GIS technology, data analysis, and mapping techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze geospatial data to create detailed maps and reports for real estate projects
- Utilize GIS software to develop spatial databases and perform spatial analysis
- Conduct field surveys and gather information on land parcels, boundaries, and topography
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date geospatial information
- Maintain and update GIS databases to reflect changes in property boundaries and zoning regulations
- Assist in the development of geospatial tools and applications for property management and analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in geospatial analysis and mapping
- Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
