We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Course Superintendent Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our prestigious golf course.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Golf Course Superintendent in all aspects of golf course maintenance and operations
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, watering, and aerating greens, tees, fairways, and roughs
- Monitor and control pests and diseases on the golf course
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and tournaments
- Operate and maintain golf course equipment and machinery
- Train and supervise grounds maintenance staff
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on a golf course
- Knowledge of turfgrass management practices and techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Valid driver's license
- Certificate or degree in turfgrass management or related field is a plus
