We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government Affairs Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Government Affairs Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with government officials and regulatory bodies in order to advocate for the interests of our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry associations in Abu Dhabi.
- Monitor and analyze government policies, regulations, and legislation that may impact the manufacturing industry.
- Advocate for the interests of the company by representing it in meetings, hearings, and other forums with government officials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement government affairs strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on government affairs issues and potential risks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the political landscape and regulatory environment in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
