We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government Affairs Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Government Affairs Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to advance the interests of our construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders in Abu Dhabi.
- Monitor and analyze government policies, regulations, and legislation that may impact the construction industry.
- Advocate for the company's interests by representing the company in meetings, hearings, and other forums with government officials and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and other materials to government officials and stakeholders as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in government affairs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [X] years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of government structures, processes, and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
