We are seeking an experienced Government Operations Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing government operations and projects within the IT sector.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all government operations within the IT department
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with government regulations and policies
- Coordinate with government agencies and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of government projects and initiatives
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient operations
- Lead a team of government operations staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on changes in government regulations and policies that may impact operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with government requirements
- Prepare and submit reports to government agencies as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government operations management
- Strong understanding of government regulations and policies in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of IT systems and technologies
- UAE driving license is preferred
