We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Greenhouse Manager Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will assist the Greenhouse Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare greenhouse facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating greenhouse activities, including planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops
- Monitor plant health and identify and address any issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies
- Maintain greenhouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning
- Assist in implementing and maintaining irrigation systems
- Supervise greenhouse staff and provide training as needed
- Keep accurate records of greenhouse activities, including crop yields, employee schedules, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Greenhouse Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve greenhouse efficiency and productivity
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field

- Knowledge of plant care and cultivation techniques
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
