We are seeking a skilled and experienced Greenhouse Manager to oversee our greenhouse operations in Sharjah. The Greenhouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of greenhouse operations, including plant care, staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the greenhouse, including planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting plants
- Supervise greenhouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement plant care protocols to ensure the health and growth of all plants
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting customers with plant selection and care tips
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and promotions
- Monitor and analyze greenhouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in greenhouse management
- Strong knowledge of plant care and greenhouse operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
