We are seeking a skilled and experienced Greenhouse Manager to oversee the operations of our greenhouse facility in Sharjah within the healthcare industry. The Greenhouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of greenhouse operations, including plant cultivation, pest management, irrigation systems, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement greenhouse cultivation plans, including planting schedules, crop rotation, and pest control strategies
- Monitor plant health and growth, and make adjustments to cultivation practices as needed
- Manage greenhouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain greenhouse facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Oversee the implementation of irrigation systems and nutrient delivery systems
- Monitor and maintain greenhouse environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and lighting
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of produce to healthcare facilities
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols for greenhouse staff and visitors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in greenhouse management
- Strong knowledge of plant cultivation techniques and greenhouse operations
- Experience with pest management and disease control in greenhouse environments
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
