Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a Greenhouse Technician to join our Financial Services company in Dubai. The Greenhouse Technician will be responsible for overseeing the growth and maintenance of various plants and crops within our greenhouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong background in plant care and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions within the greenhouse, including temperature, humidity, and light levels
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune crops as needed
- Identify and address any pests or diseases that may affect plant growth
- Conduct regular inspections of plants to ensure they are healthy and thriving
- Assist in the development and implementation of new planting strategies
- Keep detailed records of plant growth and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure greenhouse operations run smoothly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience working in a greenhouse or plant nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for plant cultivation
