Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Guest Relations Manager to join our prestigious educational institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience for students, parents, and visitors while upholding the values and standards of our institution. This role requires a proactive approach to guest services, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse needs in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Experience Management:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement. Ensure that all guests receive exemplary service and support throughout their experience at the institution.

- Team Leadership:
Supervise and train the guest relations team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth.

- Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest-related inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Respond promptly and effectively to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

- Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of institutional events, open houses, and tours. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless events that leave a lasting impression on guests.

- Feedback Analysis:
Analyze guest feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for management to aid in decision-making processes.

- Cultural Sensitivity:
Understand and respect the cultural diversity of our guests. Tailor interactions to meet the unique needs of individuals from various backgrounds.

- Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that guests feel valued and heard. Develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.

- Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and assessments of guest services.

- Collaboration with Departments:
Work closely with academic departments, administration, and facilities management to ensure a cohesive and welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using guest management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
