Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Guest Services Operations Manager to oversee the guest services operations within our financial services organization based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of guest services representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of guest services representatives to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for guest services operations.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Oversee the scheduling and training of guest services staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- [X] years of experience in guest services operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
