We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Gymnastics Coach Assistant will work closely with the head coach to support the development and training of gymnasts in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and implementing gymnastics training programs for athletes of all skill levels
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to gymnasts during training sessions
- Help athletes develop proper techniques and form in various gymnastics disciplines
- Assist in organizing and supervising gymnastics competitions and events
- Monitor and track athletes' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all gymnasts during training sessions and competitions
- Help maintain equipment and facilities in a clean and organized manner
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to create a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a gymnastics coach assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of gymnastics training techniques and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and skill levels
- CPR and first aid certification is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
