We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hand Therapy Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Hand Therapy Specialist in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for providing expert care and rehabilitation to individuals with hand injuries or conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with hand injuries or conditions to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve range of motion, strength, and function in the hands and upper extremities
- Educate patients on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing further injury
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as surgeons and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Keep detailed and accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Valid license to practice as a Hand Therapy Specialist in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of [random number below 8] years of experience in hand therapy, preferably in a healthcare setting related to Aerospace and Defense
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques related to hand injuries
