We are seeking a Hazardous Waste Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe and compliant management of hazardous waste generated by our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hazardous waste management policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of waste storage and disposal facilities to ensure compliance with environmental laws
- Coordinate with waste disposal vendors to properly dispose of hazardous materials in a safe and environmentally friendly manner
- Provide training to employees on proper waste handling and disposal procedures
- Keep abreast of changes in environmental regulations and ensure company compliance
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required
- Monitor waste generation rates and implement strategies to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hazardous waste management in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of local environmental regulations and waste management practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
