We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hazardous Waste Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. As a Hazardous Waste Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and compliant disposal of hazardous waste generated by our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hazardous waste management policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with waste disposal vendors to ensure proper handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of waste storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Train retail staff on proper hazardous waste handling procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Manage hazardous waste permits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Monitor waste generation rates and implement strategies to reduce waste production and increase recycling efforts.
- Respond to emergencies involving hazardous materials and coordinate cleanup efforts as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hazardous waste management.
- Strong knowledge of local environmental regulations and waste management practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
