We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hazardous Waste Manager to join our Information Technology company in Dubai. The Hazardous Waste Manager will be responsible for overseeing the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste materials in compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hazardous waste management plans and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of waste storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with waste disposal vendors to arrange for the safe and proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Train and educate employees on proper hazardous waste handling and disposal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of hazardous waste disposal activities and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are up to date.
- Monitor and track waste generation rates and implement strategies to reduce waste production.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to minimize potential hazards associated with hazardous waste handling.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hazardous waste management.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulations governing hazardous waste disposal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in hazardous waste management is preferred.
