We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all employees within the energy sector, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Investigate accidents or incidents and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Coordinate and deliver health and safety training programs for employees
- Maintain records of all health and safety activities and incidents
- Keep up to date with new developments in health and safety regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with management and employees to create a culture of safety awareness and compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field

- Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Certified Health and Safety Professional (preferred)
