We are seeking a qualified and experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai. The Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all staff, students, and visitors within our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with local regulations and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide health and safety training to staff and students to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a culture of safety.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop strategies to prevent reoccurrence.
- Monitor and evaluate health and safety performance, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Keep abreast of changes in health and safety legislation and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a safe and healthy working and learning environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field.
- [X] years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Certification in health and safety management is a plus.
