We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai. The Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company policies within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices and protocols
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety activities
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and risk awareness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
