We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Health Coach Assistant to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Health Coach Assistant will work closely with the Health Coach to provide support and guidance to employees on their journey to better health and wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Health Coach in conducting health assessments and developing personalized health plans for employees
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to employees, offering support and motivation to help them achieve their health goals
- Assist in organizing and conducting group wellness activities, such as fitness classes, nutrition workshops, and stress management seminars
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to promote health and wellness initiatives within the organization
- Maintain accurate records of employee progress and participation in wellness programs
- Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends and research to provide employees with the most current information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Nutrition, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in health coaching or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry is a plus
- Certification in health coaching or a related field is preferred
