Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to assist in construction and maintenance projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and workflow
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to equipment operation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid UAE driver's license and certification to operate heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and guidelines for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in different locations as needed
