We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurse to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the well-being of others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home assessments of patient's health status and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medication and provide medical treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient's vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid nursing license in Dubai
- [Random number] years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in home health care
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
