Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Inspector to join our team in Sharjah. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues. You will play a crucial role in helping home buyers and sellers make informed decisions about their investments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including interior and exterior features, structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports for clients, outlining any issues or concerns identified during the inspection
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and answer any questions they may have
- Stay current on industry standards and best practices for home inspections
- Collaborate with real estate agents, contractors, and other professionals involved in the home buying and selling process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Inspector
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and building codes
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Certification or licensure as a Home Inspector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
