We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Nurse to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The Hospice Nurse will be responsible for providing end-of-life care and support to patients in a hospice setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in palliative care and compassion for patients and their families during this difficult time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a hospice setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on end-of-life care and decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure a comfortable and supportive environment for patients and their families
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in hospice care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license in Dubai

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
