We are currently seeking a Hospital Volunteer Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers to support our hospital's mission of providing high-quality care to patients in the aerospace and defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a volunteer recruitment strategy to attract individuals interested in supporting our hospital's mission.
- Coordinate and conduct volunteer orientation and training sessions to ensure volunteers are well-equipped to provide assistance to patients and staff.
- Assign volunteers to specific roles within the hospital based on their skills, interests, and availability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers to ensure a positive and rewarding experience while volunteering at the hospital.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to identify areas where volunteers can provide additional support and assistance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the volunteer program, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours, activities, and accomplishments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
