We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee and manage all hospitality operations within our financial services company based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hospitality services, including catering, events, accommodation, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hospitality strategies and policies to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all hospitality services, including catering, events, accommodation, and guest services.
- Monitor and evaluate service standards to ensure they meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and manage budgets for hospitality operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and execute company events and functions.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of hospitality services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all hospitality operations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality hospitality services.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software.
