Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the hospitality services within our agricultural establishment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, coupled with a passion for sustainable agriculture. This role will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with our agricultural goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of hospitality services including accommodations, dining, events, and recreational activities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to hospitality and agriculture.

2. Staff Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage hospitality staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Lead team meetings to discuss operational updates, guest feedback, and strategies for improvement.

3. Guest Experience:
- Develop and implement guest service standards to ensure high-quality experiences that reflect our agricultural ethos.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring resolutions align with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hospitality services and special events, attracting visitors to the agricultural site.

4. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the hospitality budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor revenue streams, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage procurement of supplies necessary for hospitality operations.

5. Sustainability Practices:
- Integrate sustainable practices into hospitality operations, promoting eco-friendly initiatives that support agricultural sustainability.
- Collaborate with agricultural teams to create unique guest experiences that highlight our commitment to sustainable farming.
- Educate guests on local agricultural practices and the importance of sustainability in hospitality.

6. Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute various events, including workshops, farm tours, and dining experiences that engage guests and promote agricultural awareness.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event logistics are managed effectively.
- Gather feedback post-events to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably within an agricultural or eco-tourism setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial management and budgetary processes.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
