We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel located in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in hotel management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and report to senior management
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business and increase occupancy rates
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
