We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for providing top-notch service to our patients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Ensure the highest level of customer service for patients, visitors, and staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and streamline operations
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial goals for the hotel
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to maintain a high standard of service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments within the healthcare facility to ensure seamless operations
- Stay current on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
