We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure they are delivering exceptional service to guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
